Villa Homes USA creates boutique communities of smaller, permanently site-built homes available for long-term rental. Our communities combine comfortable private homes, peaceful natural surroundings, and welcoming spaces designed to bring neighbors together.
Are these tiny homes or modular homes?+
No. Every villa is a permanent, site-built residence constructed on location. The homes are thoughtfully sized, but they are built with the quality, comfort, and lasting character you would expect from a traditional home.
Are the homes available for long-term rental?+
Yes. Villa Homes USA communities are designed for long-term residents rather than short-term vacation stays.
Where are your communities located?+
Serene Villas is located in Mineola, Texas. Maple Creek Villas in Athens, Texas, is coming soon. Additional communities will be added as Villa Homes USA grows.
Is Serene Villas a 55+ community?+
Serene Villas is planned as a 55+ active-adult community. Leasing qualifications and age requirements will be provided on the Serene Villas location page.
What amenities will be available?+
Amenities will vary by community. Depending on the location, they may include landscaped green spaces, walking paths, water features, shaded gathering areas, outdoor seating, firepit areas, and other features inspired by the natural setting.

When will Maple Creek Villas be available?+

How do I apply for a home?+
Choose your preferred community and complete our online interest form. You can request leasing information, apply when homes become available, or join the waiting list for a future opening.
Does joining the interest list reserve a home?+
No. Joining the list allows us to keep you informed about availability and leasing opportunities. A home is not reserved until all application, approval, deposit, and lease requirements have been completed.
